Fisco Ride

1) What we collect

We do not collect, store, process, sell, or share any personal data from users of the Fisco Ride application.

• No accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs.
• No information is sent to our servers (we do not operate any backend for this app).

2) How the app works

Fisco Ride connects via Bluetooth using the Fisco Tremol driver to a fiscal printer to issue fiscal bills. Information you enter (e.g., ride amount, operator, payment type, footer text) is used only on your device and printer to generate receipts and end-of-day reports. We do not receive or retain this information.

3) Device permissions

The app may request Bluetooth/nearby-device (and, on some Android versions, related) permissions solely to discover and connect to your fiscal printer. We do not collect or transmit any data via these permissions.

4) Third‑party services

Your mobile operating system, the app store, connectivity providers, and the printer manufacturer may process data under their own policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices.

5) Children’s privacy

Because we do not collect personal data, the app has no features directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

6) Legal use & responsibility

We provide a tool to issue fiscal bills. You are solely responsible for using the application in compliance with all applicable local laws, fiscal regulations, platform rules, and contractual obligations. Unknown Level SRL is not responsible for any use of the product that violates law or regulation.

7) “As‑is” and no warranty

The application is free to use and provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8) Changes to this policy

If our practices change (for example, if we ever begin collecting data), we will update this policy. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
